Our Patients Love Us!

Vastly improved balance and strength. Breath improvement. Ability to socialize.

 - Ruth Ann Rose

My strength and stamina are better and my mental health also.

- Jackie Elk

Try it before you think you can’t do it! Go slow at your own pace until you are used to the class. It’s a great class and I always feel better once I’ve gone.

 - Gayla Newman

It is a fun way to improve overall fitness. I think the one hour of group activity is better than just going to the gym on the machines.

- Diane Krakowski

I was hesitant to join at first but am so happy that I did. So don’t’ think about it – do it! You will feel better, have fun, and make new friends!

- Jackie Elk

My stamina has improved and I’m not as sore as I used to be after class. I have noticed I’m not out of breath during class.

- Gayla Newman

I used to go to the chiropractor on a regular basis. Now it is about once every 6 months. My back feels much better and not getting stiff. I feel better all over my body.

- Denise Bingham

The class is fun. Sometimes you feel silly not keeping up but you’re not the only one. You meet a lot of people and enjoy working out with others.

 - Denise Bingham

Improved balance, strength, and flexibility. Also, it is probably too early to tell, but I feel like I don’t get tired as easily as I used to. Also, I look forward to seeing new friends regularly.

- Frank Cox

Overall better flexibility, attitude, and stability.

- Diane Krakowski

I am able to stay flexible and keep active. I enjoy the camaraderie of the other class members. Everyone encourages us to keep trying .

- Sue Evans

Our Dr. put it like this, “Instead of sitting around and declining both mentally and physically, we are actually improving our physical and mental health.

- Frank Cox

More strength, coordination, stamina, overall better physical condition & the willingness to learn what I can do to be in good health as I age.

- Marilyn Schumann

Just do it! I’ve learned so much in this class about how certain exercises can help with both physical and mental health. Staying active as we age is so important and Pam’s classes emphasize what we can ALL do to live our best lives.

- Marilyn Schumann

Just start! Do what you can and keep doing it!

- Ruth Ann Rose

Just come try it. Fun way to spend an hour with your peers.

- Sue Evans
